Are your tallit and Stam items kosher?
Absolutely! All of our tallisim, tefillin and klaf parchments are crafted to the highest standards of Jewish Law and are certified kosher, so you can buy with complete confidence.

What is your return policy?
All non-custom items can be returned without exception. We will accept items for return within 7 days of receipt. All returned items must be new, unworn, or otherwise unused. All returned items must have tags still attached (if they came with tags) and include all original packaging and invoices. We do not charge any fee for restocking your return.

Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA #) and write that number on the mailing label prior to returning any items. Any items without a return authorization number will NOT be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for any returned item(s). Items can become lost in the mail, so insurance is recommended.

Upon receipt of items in compliance with the above policy, we will credit the item price to your account.

What type of payments do you accept?
We are currently accepting credit card payments via PayPal. With over 78 million users and a comprehensive Buyer Protection policy, PayPal is the safest and easiest way to purchase online. To sign up for a PayPal account, go to www.paypal.com. We also accept U.S. money orders and cashiers checks, please email us for more details. We do not accept personal checks.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed the day they are received. Most items will generally ship within 1-4 business days of receipt. Shirts and some embroidered items are custom made at the time of order and will take 5-7 days to ship. If there is any delay in shipping due to an item being on back order, we will contact you immediately. We ship most orders from Israel via standard air mail. At times we may ship from Israel via our US branch if it is faster.

Here's what you can expect with regard to delivery time from Israel after processing:

Europe - Usually within 7-10 days

North America - Usually within 10 days to 3 weeks

All other international locations - Usually 2-3 weeks

Please note that these times are only estimates. The speed of international mail often fluctuates for a variety of reasons, so delivery can be faster or slower.

Items can also be shipped around the globe via EMS (Usually 3 business days). We may be able to do rush processing for certain items (process and ship, same day). Please inquire for rush order shipping rates. \
